**Responsibilities Section:**

+ Interior painting
+ Exterior painting
+ Surface preparation
+ Brush and roll
+ Spray application
+ Commercial projects
+ Masking and taping
+ Sanding and priming
+ Caulking and sealing
+ Lift and ladder work

**Requirements Section:**

+ Painting experience required
+ Valid driver’s license
+ Background check
+ Drug screen
+ OSHA 10 preferred
