Commercial Painter / Carpenter

We are looking to hire a Painter / Carpenter to join our team! Your main responsibilities will be painting and carpentry work in hospital setting as well as miscellaneous labor associated with cosmetic renovations & repairs and firestopping.

Role and Responsibilities

• MUST show up on time, follow safety and cleanliness protocols, and regulations per the jobsite foreman/manager.
• Covering trim, floors, furniture, and other surfaces with masking tape, drop cloths and other protective coverings to keep them free of paint
• Removing and reinstalling fixtures (doorknobs, electric switch covers) as necessary
• Preparing surfaces to be painted by grinding, scraping, patching holes, applying drywall compound, and sanding.
• Applying paint, stain and other finishes to paint surfaces using paintbrushes, rollers, or sprayers.
