Responsibilities:
Develop and implement commercial strategies, pricing, and promotional campaigns to achieve sales, market share, and profitability targets.Oversee supply chain operations, including demand planning, inventory management, and distribution to ensure product availability.Lead and monitor sales and marketing teams, setting KPIs and ensuring effective execution of educational and promotional programs.Ensure all commercial and operational activities comply with local regulatory requirements, GMP, GDP, and pharmacovigilance standards.Manage P&L performance, control operating expenses, and act as the key link between commercial, operations, regulatory, finance, and technical teams.What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
