Key Responsibilities:

As the Senior Business Development Manager, you will have opportunities to contribute the success of Allianz Trade by achieving profitable and sustainable business growth in the frame of Allianz Group strategy.

• Identity new growth initiatives and business opportunities for Allianz Trade in Taiwan
• Prioritize growth initiatives
• Develop a yearly marketing plan in alignment with the business unit’s strategy
• Specify operation goals (e.g. pricing, channel mix, etc)
• Implement the approved marketing plan
• Maintain a profitable customer portfolio on a long term basis
• Lead and motivate the sales teams to hit challenging sales targets
• Personally engage in managing top accounts
• Negotiate with prospects and policyholders within authority limits and in compliance with internal guidelines
