Overall Purpose of Role:
Managing and preparation of cost estimation and commercial proposal including contractual obligation require by tender process

Procurement and subcontract management for ongoing projects. This involves selecting the right vendors, negotiating favourable terms, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials and services.
 Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit cost estimation based on tender specification for approval. This includes liaising with equipment suppliers and when necessary, work closely with Engineering Design Centre/ designers to ensure suppliers’ scope of supply and specifications for equipment fulfil requirements of specifications
