Your new role

Thismercial litigation solicitor role will see you handle a varied caseload that will include contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes as well as disputes arising from warranty and indemnity issues. The firm has a strong client list that includes a mix of SME clients as well as a number of larger corporates. You can look forward to handling your own caseload and to working with colleagues across the wider team. The role will give you scope to get involved in business development initiatives and to build strong working relationships with clients.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be amercial litigation lawyer with 3+ years' pqe. You will have amercial approach and be able to provide clients with pragmatic solutions.
