Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join a team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the commercial insurance portfolio. This is a hybrid position, with the flexibility to create your own schedule and primarily work in the field.

Compensation Package
Base Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience (DOE) during the first year.

Commission Structure: 50% commission in the first year.
Transition to full commission after five years (35% new business, 35% renewal).
