Manage a book of business by servicing all aspects of client accounts both new and existing
Develop and maintain relationships with Company underwriters
Manage inbound calls and provide consulting and advise clients on policy changes and process all additional paperwork
Coordinate and support plans discussing arising issues in conjunction to creating comprehensive plans for existing clients in collaboration with Producers
Review and ensure accuracy of policy documents prior to the delivering to the client
Prepare proposals and reviews for existing clients
Manage account documentation including routine inquires, quotes, binders, statement of values, insurance contracts, endorsements, cancellations, etc.
Review client's current coverage and exposures, loss experienced and analyze risk to determine the product/service requirements best suited
