This role serves as a senior producer and trusted advisor to business clients while maintaining a high-quality loan portfolio aligned with the bank’s risk appetite and growth objectives.

• Commercial lending expertise (C&I, owner-occupied CRE, small business)

• Strong business development and portfolio growth ability
• Advanced financial analysis (cash flow, tax returns, collateral, risk)
