Commercial Legal Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Contracts & Legal Advisory

• Lead the drafting, review, negotiation, and execution of commercial agreements, including: Master Service Agreements (MSA), Customer Agreements, Vendor and Procurement Contracts, Lease Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Partnership and/or Strategic Collaboration Agreements.
• Provide practical legal advice and risk assessments to commercial, sales, operations, finance, procurement, and project teams.
• Support commercial negotiations and advise stakeholders on contractual risk allocation and mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain legal templates, playbooks, and contracting standards.

Corporate Legal & Governance

• Manage corporate legal matters, including: Shareholders' resolutions, board resolutions, corporate approvals, corporate secretarial support
