Commercial Lead

Overview

We are seeking a Commercial Lead to oversee the commercial, financial and contractual aspects of the Maple Lodge STW upgrade project, a flagship £200m+ wastewater infrastructure scheme. The role will lead the Commercial team and drive commercial success from pre‑construction to final account while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Location: Maple Lodge STW – remote working available, with travel to the office/site required at least 3 days a week.
Hours: 45 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired.

• Lead all commercial, financial and contractual management for the project, ensuring compliance and driving financial performance.
• Manage and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors, supporting their development and fostering a collaborative, high‑performance culture.
