**Job Description**

This role focuses on designing, installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial HVAC systems in a large, modern facility. You will perform hands-on mechanical work, troubleshoot complex heating and cooling equipment, and support related building systems to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation.

**Pay: $30-$38 an hour**

**Responsibilities**

+ Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
+ Troubleshoot boilers and heating systems and repair associated mechanical components.
+ Diagnose and service chillers, compressors, motors, coils, cooling towers, and related refrigeration equipment.
+ Perform HVAC electrical work, including advanced system diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and control wiring.
+ Manage HVAC projects to meet established deadlines and stay within defined budgets.
