Title: HVAC Technician
Pay Rate: 22-24/HR on W2
Hours: M-F7am - 4pm
Location: 9040 S. Rita Rd. Suite 1270 Tucson, AZ Use this location

Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:
Candidate will be working in an industrial park
- Mainly office building
- Warehouses
- Laboratories

Team Overview:
Candidate will be working with a team, but will have individual work orders to fulfill

Resource's typical working day:
small operations meeting
Daily work order assignments
Gathering tools and parts
Preventative/Corrective maintenance tasks

Licenses/Certifications:
EPA license not required but nice to have

Must Have Skills:
HVAC maintenance experience

Nice to have skills:
Commercial experience
CMMS experience

Soft Skills:
Client facing role
Good customer service skills
Highly professional attitude
