**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

+ Provide technical assistance and on-site training for team members.
+ Assist Field Supervisor in evaluating skills and create development plans for each technician.
+ Will have superior customer relations skills.
+ Will have one of the cleanest vehicle and proper uniform.
+ MSCA Star Certified. Take and complete the Star Certification Test.
+ Assist and train the technicians in their communication with the customer.
+ Provide for response to after hours and emergency service calls when the primary technician is unavailable.
