Join a Houston market contractor with 20+ years delivering HVAC, refrigeration, chilled water, controls, sheet metal, and full lifecycle mechanical services for commercial, healthcare, industrial, hospitality and institutional clients.

What You Will Do

• Lead quantity takeoffs, detailed cost builds, and line-item assemblies for commercial HVAC and mechanical scopes
• Review plans/specs for ductwork, piping, equipment, controls, insulating, and balancing scopes
• Prepare complete bid packages for new construction and remodel contracts ($100K–$4M+)
