Commercial Gas Engineer

GetFix Ltd is looking for a skilled Commercial Gas & Heating Engineer to join our growing maintenance team. This role involves planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, fault‑finding and compliance work across commercial heating systems, primarily within social housing and local authority properties. We are looking for someone who can work independently, maintain high technical standards, and communicate professionally with residents, clients and contract teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on commercial heating systems
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs, including basic electrical fault‑finding
• Complete statutory compliance work and issue gas safety documentation
• Power flush heating systems and replace defective pumps, valves, radiators and associated components
• Maintain accurate job records and support quotations from site surveys
