Boise Ford’s’ Commercial Fleet Service Center Technician Offerings:

+ Experienced A & B techs pay range: $22-40 flat rate hour

+ Experienced C & D techs pay range: $17-20 flat rate hour

+ Pay rates vary depending on experience and qualifications

+ No cap on hours for self-motivated technicians: never a shortage of work, flag all you want. Plenty of carry over to the next day sometimes 3....
