This role is ideal for a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in project-based environments and can bridge the gap between Sales, Operations, Delivery, and Finance. As the Commercial & Finance Operations Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring financial governance, commercial viability, and operational excellence across a portfolio of projects. You will oversee Cost of Sales (COS), budgeting, invoicing, financial reporting, learner stipend management, supplier on boarding, and financial controls while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered profitably and efficiently.
