Commercial Executive

Job Description

. Sourcing of materials and manpower, commercial estimation and customer billing.

. Provide quotation independently for enquires from customers.

. Creation of Budget Costing Sheet before generation of quotation.

. Liaise with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering and Operations Department for all commercial related matters.

. Liaise with customers for job clarifications to prepare quotation.

. Carry out site inspection to understand the job scope for quotation generation when required.

. Hold inter-department discussions to understand the work that needs to be quoted for.

. Assist Sales by coordinating with our internal department in all aspects.

. Any other duties assigned by the HOD or Management as and when necessary.

Requirements

. Candidate must possess Tertiary Education

. At least 2 years of work...
