We are seeking a Temporary Electrician to support ongoing electrical works across a school site. The role will involve a mix of installation, containment, and emergancy lighting, with a strong focus on emergency lighting systems and containment installation.
This is a site-based role working within live educational environments, requiring a professional and safety-conscious approach at all times.
Key Responsibilities
* Installation, maintenance, and testing of emergency lighting systems in line with current regulations.
* Installation of containment systems including cable basket, tray, conduit, and trunking.
* Carrying out electrical installation works within school environments.
* Assisting with upgrades, modifications, and refurbishment of existing electrical systems.
* Fault finding and basic remedial electrical works where required.
* Ensuring all work is completed to BS 7671 Wiring Regulations and relevant safety standards.
