As the Japan Commercial Director at Wizards of the Coast, you will lead and transform the company’s local operations, driving revenue growth, brand visibility, and community engagement across all Wizards products and franchises—including Magic: The Gathering and Dungeons & Dragons. This role requires a seasoned, bilingual commercial leader with deep knowledge of the TCG industry, a proven track record of managing and developing teams, and the ability to combine strategic leadership with hands-on management of sales, trade marketing, WPN, and partnerships to ensure Wizards’ long-term success in the Japanese market.
