Collaborating closely with Launch Pal leads to support launch readiness, ensuring the team delivers measurable results, actionable insights, and effective governance. This role is for a strong leader who inspires, develops, and drives a high-performing team while delivering strategic commercial impact.
Accountabilities:
Design, manage, and continuously refine the Incentive Compensation (IC) framework; own the IC calculation process with full accuracy, transparency, and governance.
Collaborating with Launch Pal leads to ensure launch readiness and seamless cross-functional alignment.
