Commercial Contracts Manager

Location: Hybrid if based in Ottawa and Toronto. Remote in other Canada locations.

About the role: Commercial Contracts Manager will support and lead contracting activities between Kinaxis and its vendors, partners, and customers. The role involves drafting, reviewing, negotiating, administering, and updating a variety of contracts and legal documents, primarily related to procurement of goods and services. The manager will collaborate with Legal, Purchasing, and other internal stakeholders to ensure efficient contract workflows, improve contracting practices, and represent Kinaxis in vendor management processes.
