Position SummaryExpeditors is seeking a motivated and well‑qualified attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience practicing law in a law firm or corporate legal department of a global corporation to support both the Transactions and Real Estate/Integral Sourcing practice groups. The role will assist with complex legal matters, advising Expeditors’ internal clients on legal implications and risk exposures involved in commercial transactions and real estate and procurement‑related matters across multiple geographies.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Commercial Contracts Attorney, you will support the global Legal Department in representing the company’s best interests in transaction matters; interact with commercial customers, landlords, vendors, and service providers; negotiate contracts; and handle other opportunities.
