This role is not limited to dirt or utility work alone. The successful candidate must demonstrate hands‐on experience in concrete forming, structural concrete, metal and steel framing , and the ability to manage multiple scopes simultaneously for demanding industrial clients. This position requires a true field leader —someone who sets the standard on the jobsite, drives production, enforces safety, and inspires crews to perform at a higher level through expectation, accountability, and example.
