A well-established agricultural operation in Delaware is seeking a full-time Custom Applicator to support crop production through safe, accurate, and efficient application of crop protection products and nutrients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on fieldwork, modern equipment, and being part of a tight-knit, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Operate self-propelled sprayers and or spreaders to apply crop protection products and fertilizers

• 
  

  Calibrate, maintain, and safely operate application equipment

• 
  

  Follow all application schedules, product labels, and agronomic recommendations

• 
  

  Maintain accurate application records and comply with regulatory requirements

• 
  

  Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment
