Commercial and Contractual Manager

Equans is looking for a Commercial and Contractual Manager to join our team at the Queen Alexandra Hospital on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.

We are recruiting a highly skilled FM Commercial and Contractual Manager to oversee the financial and contractual management of large-scale Facilities Management projects. This critical role involves leading the lifecycle of commercial variations, especially Deeds of Variation (DoVs), while ensuring projects meet client requirements within budget and compliance frameworks. The role demands strong expertise in FM contract management, commercial negotiation, financial controls, and cross-functional collaboration with operational, legal, and client teams.
