The core parts of your role would be to:
1) Sales and Service Support (70%)
Process transactions accurately and within specified timeframes, in accordance with company policies & procedures and applicable legislative/regulatory requirements.Assess deal packages and make recommendations on potential deal structures or issues on deals to the Account Managers and credit teams.Communicate effectively with the commercial mortgage coordinator and underwriting team to ensure that the department operates efficiently.Attention to detail is imperative in supporting the Account Managers: Support tasks include; CIF and real state searches, ROE calculations, analyses of small commercial transactions including Debt Service calculations, BDSR and TDSR, preparation of Letters of Intent and Loan Summaries.Provide friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional customer service to brokers, partners, and direct...
