As a Combined Customer Service and Ramp Agent with Loganair, you'll be doing a bit of everything – one moment you're checking passengers in for their flights, the next you're out on the tarmac handling baggage.

Reporting directly to our Station Manager in Kirkwall, you'll play a key role in keeping our operation running safely and smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Checking passengers in for their flights and managing the boarding process
• Ensuring security protocols are always followed
• Answering passenger questions when flights are delayed or cancelled
