About the Role Were seeking a skilled Collision Estimator to join a high-performing, customer-focused collision repair team. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong estimating, communication, and customer service skills who can accurately assess vehicle damage, write estimates, and coordinate repairs from drop-off to delivery. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and review vehicle damage in person or via photos. Create accurate and thorough estimates using CCC ONE (or other estimating software). Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters, customers, and internal repair teams. Maintain high standards of documentation, repair order accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Track vehicle repair progress, keeping customers updated throughout the repair process. Collaborate with technicians and parts departments to ensure timely and accurate repair completion.
