About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable College Shop Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our busy college shop. Working closely with the Shop Supervisor, you’ll help create a welcoming environment while delivering excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Provide helpful, friendly, and efficient customer service

 Process sales and operate the till accurately

 Assist with stock control, deliveries, and merchandising

 Maintain a clean, tidy, and visually appealing shop environment

 Support the smooth running of the shop and maximise sales opportunities

 Follow health and safety procedures at all times
