Collections Team Lead

Responsibilities:

• Drive team performance to achieve objectives and KPIs.
• Supervise, train, and ensure the safety and welfare of the team.
• Provide leadership, direction, and mentoring to foster team spirit.
• Ensure compliance with company rules, procedures, and systems.
• Set, monitor, and communicate KPIs and work standards; take corrective action as needed.
• Ensure structured training and development for self and team; provide feedback.
• Communicate management and HR initiatives accurately and timely.
• Perform other duties as required by management.

Qualifications:

• At least 2-3 years of experience as an Operations Supervisor/Team Lead in the BPO/Shared Services industry in a COLLECTIONS - Voice account
• At least Associate degree or Bachelor's degree holder
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
