Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Drive team performance to achieve objectives and KPIs.
- Supervise, train, and ensure the safety and welfare of the team.
- Provide leadership, direction, and mentoring to foster team spirit.
- Ensure compliance with company rules, procedures, and systems.
- Set, monitor, and communicate KPIs and work standards; take corrective action as needed.
- Ensure structured training and development for self and team; provide feedback.
- Communicate management and HR initiatives accurately and timely.
- Perform other duties as required by management.
Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years of experience as an Operations Supervisor/Team Lead in the BPO/Shared Services industry in a COLLECTIONS - Voice account
- At least Associate degree or Bachelor's degree holder
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
