Collections Supervisor / Collections Agency Lead

The Role:

We are establishing a collections service and are seeking an experienced professional to support the setup and ongoing operations of the collections function. This role requires hands‑on experience across all areas of a collection agency, including operations, compliance, financial administration and team oversight.

The successful candidate will ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with applicable debtor/creditor laws and regulatory requirements, while supporting the development of processes, controls and team capabilities.
