Collections Specialist

We are looking for a Collections Specialist to join a wholesale distribution organization in Vaughan, Ontario on a Long-term Contract basis. This position focuses on managing business-to-business receivables, evaluating customer credit exposure, and supporting timely payment activity across a diverse account portfolio. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical ability with sound judgement to resolve account issues, strengthen client relationships, and help maintain healthy cash flow.

Responsibilities:

• Review customer credit profiles on a scheduled and as-needed basis to assess account standing and identify potential risk.

• Manage outstanding receivables through proactive outreach, consistent follow-up, and thorough investigation of billing discrepancies and reconciliation matters.
