Description We are looking for a Collections Clerk to support receivables recovery efforts for a real estate and property organization in Tustin, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-call-volume setting, balances firmness with professionalism, and can help customers resolve overdue balances through effective communication. The person in this role will manage both inbound and outbound account activity, maintain accurate records, and contribute to collection performance goals while delivering a respectful customer experience.
