Collections Specialist - Temporary

We are currently seeking a Collections Specialist I to join a U.S.-based Accounting & Finance team on a 6-month temporary contract. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing collections, applying payments, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining accurate financial records while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Process collections and cash application transactions accurately and on time.
• Contact customers to collect outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Prepare balance summary reports and reconcile customer accounts.
