Collections Specialist

Description We are looking for a Collections Specialist to support the national accounts team in Huntersville, North Carolina. This position focuses on reducing aged receivables, strengthening account follow-up practices, and ensuring payment activity aligns with customer billing portals and internal records. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing high-volume business accounts, working through complex outstanding balances, and using Excel to organize and analyze receivables data.

Responsibilities:
• Manage collection efforts for a large portfolio of business accounts with significant past-due balances and complex service-related invoices.
• Review aging reports in depth, prioritize overdue receivables, and take action to reduce long-outstanding balances across national accounts.
