The Collections Specialist will play a key role in managing and recovering outstanding debts owed to the company. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, along with a customer-centric approach to debt collection. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Debt Collection: Initiate contact with customers who have outstanding balances to negotiate and collect payments.
