Collections Research Analyst

**DESCRIPTION**
The **Collections Research Analyst** audits aged orders for accuracy, confirms past-due status, and partners with clients and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, support commission corrections, and drive timely cash collection.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Maintain accurate vendor files by processing timely additions and corrections, completing reconciliations, and preparing write-offs as needed.
+ Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts; monitor status, identify blockers, and take appropriate action to prevent or resolve collection delays.
+ Collaborate with peers and cross-functional partners to share updates, align on next steps, and ensure end-to-end account ownership and visibility.
+ Perform ad-hoc analysis and prepare routine and custom reports to support collections outcomes and decision-making.
