Collections Officer

• Collections Officer casual contract for 2 months with view to extend until end of year
• Full-time hours
• $38-42/h + super

About the role:

• Collections calls to clients and administrative support to the wider team
• Work with customers regarding financial assistance and hardship
• Ensure all work queues, inboxes and administration requirements are processed in a timely manner
• Supporting Collections team to ensure timely payment of outstanding debts

What we're looking for:

• Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities
• Someone with high-volume call centre or collections experience
