Collections Analyst

Role Description

Airswift is looking for a Collections Analyst to join our Finance team in Rio de Janeiro.

The position and role will be supporting the Americas region-based clients.

This position is to work on a hybrid schedule in our office in Rio de Janeiro, RJ.

Principle Accountabilities

• Preparing and holding meetings internally and externally
• Identifying and proposing solutions to process gaps
• Reconciliation work between internal and external systems
• Debt Collection: Collects cash, negotiates payments, manages customer accounts, handles CFTS (internal meetings) and Kick-off meetings, monitors debtor account balances.
• Apply customer’s payments, according to remittances working with different systems.
• Analysis of statistics of financial withdrawals.
