Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver training programs to Collection Agents and Team Leaders in accordance with the collection division's training curriculum.
- Assess participants' performance and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
- Ensure training materials remain relevant, up-to-date, and effective in meeting business objectives.
- Motivate and inspire participants to achieve and improve their performance targets.
- Develop, design, and continuously enhance training materials and learning programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Collection Trainer.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
- Excellent time management and group facilitation abilities.
- Trainer certification is preferred.
