Lead CannAmm's Collection Services as a Collection Site Supervisor in Edmonton, Alberta. Oversee testing operations, ensure safety, and deliver exceptional client experiences on-site.
As a vital member of CannAmm, you will enhance workplace safety while managing operations at the Collection Site. Your leadership will address internal issues to optimize performance and ensure medical services, including drug testing and health assessments, are conducted effectively. You will be expected to foster a positive team culture, support your staff, and contribute to a service-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily collection site operations and staff scheduling
• Perform drug and alcohol testing and health surveillance
• Conduct nursing physicals and other medical assessments
