Job Summary

Responsible for collection and monitoring of premium receivables and ensure immediate follow up and elevation of collection issues to meet approved credit term / credit term extension. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage collection of premium receivables for assigned accounts, including generating reports, securing payments within approved credit terms, and obtaining valid payment commitments.

  • Identify and escalate potential or actual collection issues (e.g., past due accounts, BIR 2307 concerns) to appropriate stakeholders, including the Collection Team Leader and Marketing Team Head.
