Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Collateral Management Maintenance and Support Lead who will be focused on the reliability and stability of our production applications within Middle Office Collateral Management Area. The personnel will support mission critical production applications and collaborate with fellow SREs to develop creative engineering solutions to day-to-day support operational problems.

Design, develop and build automation solutions to eliminate manual, error-prone work, and build resilient systems. Perform periodical capacity assessments and performance reviews, engage with development on reviewing changes and ensure risk assessment is done. Develop run books for critical periodical business activities, maintenance, maintain architecture and data flow documents. Ensure best practices and standards are followed.
