Cold Room & Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage cold room operations within the packhouse.
• Supervise and manage assistants, clerks, and forklift operators.
• Oversee the receiving and drenching processes for citrus products.
• Monitor and manage the citrus de-greening process and control systems.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming citrus products and bin stock levels.
• Manage the movement and availability of empty bins.
• Take full responsibility for cold room processes, control systems, and product dispatch.
• Oversee waste fruit management processes.
• Record and maintain accurate dispatch information for table grapes.
• Coordinate and manage the pallet loading process.
• Verify that pallet information is accurate before loading.
• Ensure only authorised products are loaded into containers for shipment.
