CoE M365 Operations Engineer - Greek Speaking
What you’ll do:
Act as a technical owner for all customer activities execution including new customers and products onboarding as well as migration activities ( Setting MS onboarding environment , Setting Up & managing user accounts , ..)Ensure the effective transfer to Service Operations of new customers and services.Acts as customer SPOC, where s/he is customer facing and involves where face to face (virtually) or screen access is required to provide MS365 technical consultancy.Own service transition processes and ensure these are communicated and followed throughout the IT function.Ensure all Service Design and end to end support models are reviewed and implemented for any changed or new service, including new system batches and MS releases deployments
