Job Description

Your main responsibilities:

Join our dynamic Finance Center of Excellence (CoE) in Lisbon, supporting over 30 countries in their accounting operations. As an Accounting Specialist for Bank & Cash In, you'll work closely with process referents to ensure accurate monthly closings, support day-to-day tasks, and interact directly with the countries under your scope.
  • Execute monthly closing tasks for the Bank & Cash In processes with reliability and attention to detail

  • Reconcile various payment methods (physical and digital) and ensure alignment between bank and accounting records

  • Ensure store safe integrity and match turnover between statistical and accounting systems

  • Perform manual bookings in the general ledger and handle manual payments/collections in AP/AR

  • Improve the bank auto-matching rate and control data integrity between accounting and banking tools
