Our client Chefiality is hiring a COD Manager in Lahore.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the cash-on-delivery (COD) operations, ensuring efficient and timely processing of payments.
• Monitor and analyze COD performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the effectiveness of the COD process.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to COD promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
• Prepare regular reports on COD operations and present findings to senior management.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in cash management or a related field.
• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
