- Work closely with Lead Data Migration to deliver data migration framework and strategy. - Collaborate with senior functional consultants and global process owners. - Analyze and assess legacy data quality, identifying cleansing and enrichment needs. - Conduct data mapping workshops to gather detailed migration requirements. - Document, communicate, and validate data migration requirements with project teams. - Oversee and support SI Data Migration Technical Analysts. - Ensure timely and high-quality data migration deliverables for sign-off. - Feed data migration updates into overall project plans and provide status to Global Data Lead. - Run data validation workshops and assist key users in verification. - Act as escalation point for data-related issues during design, build, test, cutover, and hyper-care phases. - Raise, assign, and track data migration defects to resolution.
